Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. I am having difficulty completing Module 1 or my International Application.
  • Make sure your browser's pop-up blocker is disabled.
  • Make sure all sections prior to the one you are trying to start are finished and marked complete.
  • If you are still having difficulties, try using a different web browser.
  • If none of these things work, submit a help desk ticket and our team will investigate!

2. I forgot my Roll Call password, how do I reset it?
  • Enter your email address (or username) here to receive a reset password link.

3. How do I upload my ICS certifications?
  • We only seek out ICS 100, 200, 700, 800, 300, 400, and 449. Instructions on how to upload certificates are here. Additional skills and qualifications can be added in your deployment profile.

4. My background check still says “In Progress”, should I be worried?
  • Typically, results are received within 15 days, but this is not always the case.
  • If you haven’t heard your results after 21+ days, submit a help ticket by logging in below. Sometimes small errors or typos will put the process on hold.
